Leadership
Founder Scott Yaroschuk brings over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience in the United States Marine Corps and federal consulting to help clients improve performance and solve challenging problems. He is recognized for his ability to connect with people, navigate complex situations, and is passionate about helping people and organizations realize their potential.
He enlisted in the USMC in 1993 as a computer programmer, was commissioned in 1995, served as a tank officer and later communications officer leading programming and development shops, service/help desks, network deployments, and headquarters command and control systems. He’s been a Information Management Officer/Knowledge Manager, operations and exercise planner, Deputy JTF Commander, and trainer of headquarters staffs.
Scott’s experience includes leading large programs and projects in the areas of IT program management, IT Transformation, Strategic Planning, Enterprise System Integration as well as CIO/CTO Support Services. His specialties include IT Program/Project Management, CIO Support Services, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Data Management, Organizational Analysis, and Business Process Improvement. His corporate skills include successful startups, business development (capture and proposal management), contract negotiation, business operations, and client delivery. He is a PMP and member of AFCEA and PMI.
Derrick Scott is a seasoned Operations Leader with over two decades of experience managing major large-scale projects and leading cross-functional and global teams within the tech hardware industry. His expertise encompasses the entire tech hardware lifecycle, from process engineering in semiconductor manufacturing to new product program management and customer-facing marketing operations. Derrick excels in connecting disparate teams to achieve common goals, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to create innovative solutions for tough challenges. With a proven track record of success in international leadership roles, Derrick fosters climates where individuals are motivated to perform at their best. Derrick’s dedication to excellence extends beyond his professional endeavors, evident through his extensive volunteering efforts and accolades such as the TSIA STAR Award for his role in driving organizational transformation.
Derrick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Texas State University and a Project Management Professional Certification from PMI-ACP.
Outside of work, Derrick enjoys coaching club track where he has taken youth to the Junior Olympics. Several kids in his program have won national titles for their race.
Nicole Barringer is a distinguished executive and business thought leader, specializing in corporate operations, human capital management, global people operations, compliance, labor relations, and organizational development. She has successfully guided diverse organizations—including e-commerce companies, tech startups, global retail firms, and non-profits—through significant change and transformation.
As a strategic thought leader, Nicole is a business partner to the value proposition of Quantum Operations. As a Brand Ambassador for culture and wellbeing, she continues to be a staunch advocate for modeling the behaviors of a high performer while creating a workspace of community, support and belonging believing “Quantum’s greatest asset: Our People”.
Nicole holds a JD in employment law from Capital University, an MBA from Franklin University with a special distinction in HR and organizational development. Nicole also holds multiple certifications and licensure to include ADKAR model change management, JEDI, CCEP, Black Belt, and SPHR-GCP.
Outside work, Nicole enjoys time with her family, live music, annual endurance racing and community volunteer work.
An experienced Contracts Management and Compliance leader, MeLinda Hodgson brings more than two decades of International, Commercial, and Government Contracts knowledge to Quantum Management. She has successfully managed contract portfolios in excess of $900 million with external clients including the Department of Defense, Department of State, USAID, and the FAA.
MeLinda is a native of New York, born and raised on Long Island, and she is a proud alumnus of Howard University School of Law and the City University of New York. Professionally, MeLinda is committed to staff development and training the next generation of Contracts Management professionals. Personally, she is an avid traveler who has visited over 40 countries, a classically trained dancer, and a lover of the Arts.
MeLinda believes in living a life of service and donates time and resources to various charitable organizations including The Equal Justice Initiative, The Florence Crittenden Center for Girls, House of Ruth, The Loudon County Women’s Shelter, The Alexandria Friendly Visitor Program and The National Federation Of The Blind.
